Cancellation & No-Show Policy

At Gypsy Rose Salon, we value the time of our clients and our stylists. To ensure availability for all guests, we require proper notice when canceling or rescheduling appointments.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment in order to avoid any fees.

  • Late cancellations (less than 48 hours’ notice) will incur a 50% fee of the scheduled services.

  • Same-day cancellations will incur a 100% fee of the scheduled services.

No-Show Policy
Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled services.

Gypsy Rose Salon will not reschedule future appointments until the no-show fee has been paid in full.

Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may be considered a no-show and may be subject to the 100% service fee, depending on the stylist’s availability.

Product Return Policy

Gypsy Rose Salon will not accept product returns. Clients may exchange unused and unopened products within 30 days of the original purchase date. Refunds will be in the form of credit towards future product purchases.

Accompany & Child Policy

We are committed to providing each of our guests with a world-class experience. In order to provide our guests with a world-class experience we do not allow any children under the age of 12 to accompany guests to appointments, unless a service is also being provided to the child themselves during that time. If a guest brings a child to a scheduled appointment, the appointment will be rescheduled. Any personnel accompanying a guest will be required to wait in the waiting area for the entire duration of the appointment. However, children under the age of 12 may have a parent or guardian accompany them throughout the entire appointment.

Satisfaction Policy

We are committed to providing our guests with a world-class experience. We pride ourselves in providing every guest with a world-class experience and the very best of services. In the event that a guest is not pleased with the services provided by their stylist, the guest has 14 days from the date of service to make us aware of the situation. Redos will be handled on a case-by-case basis when brought to the salon’s attention within the 14-day window. Redos will be performed at no additional charge and by the original stylist; refunds are not issued for services. When notice is given outside of the 14-day window, a redo request will be considered a new service and will be at full price.
